standards

In October 2006 we managed to attain ISO 9001 Quality Accreditation & ISO14001 Environmental Accreditation.

We were inspected by assessors from Certification International (UK) Ltd on the 27th of October and the 3rd of November last year to see if we came up to scratch on ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards and we have now received certificates for both accreditations. ISO 9001:2000 is the internationally recognised standard for an organisation's internal Quality Management in delivering its service to its customers. Certification is gradually becoming a pre-requisite for us to qualify for a tender or to achieve preferred supplier status and to monitor the continued improvement of internal controls. ISO 14001:2004 is designed to help companies achieve consistent environmental regulatory compliance and helps to embed the concept of continuous improvements in environmental performance. This also covers assessment/monitoring of suppliers to enable us to make an informed decision from an environmental perspective.
